  • Learn to EAT FLEXIBLY without being overly restrictive
  • NAVIGATE the many situations of life that will challenge your efforts

HOW does the program work?

 

  • Initial, 30-min consultation to review sign-up form and discuss goals 
  • Receive a WELCOME PACK that summarizes your plan
  • Download mobile app (or via desktop) to track your data
  • Submit a weekly check-in that summarizes your tracked data
  • Receive a personal response to your check-in, through the app, in text, video or both, with a devised plan for the upcoming week.
  • Assistance in structuring a WEEKLY WORKOUT PLAN to achieve an optimal level of daily activity and planned exercise
  • 24-hour access to me, as your Coach, via email and/or messaging through the app to maintain communication behind the scenes
     

WHAT parameters do we track together?

Everyone’s goals are different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Some common variables that you may (or may not) want to track include: 

  • Energy requirements (e.g. calories)
  • Food logs
  • Dietary patterns
  • Scale weight
  • Non-scale weight tracking methods
    • Circumference measurements to monitor body composition changes and corresponding health markers (e.g. waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio)
    • Daily/weekly steps to track non-exercise activity
    • Progress photos (optional).
  • Planned exercise including resistance training, cardio and flexibility
  • Weekly habits (can be nutrition or non-nutrition based)

It’s less about the data and more about the process, which takes time!

Our most successful clients work with us for 3-6 months to achieve their goals. We believe this holds true because long-term success is not just about food and counting calories. It’s also about behavior change that happens during the coach-client process. The conversations we have around your progress or lack-of-progress. The decisions we make together to tweak your program to better fit your situation this month compared to last month.

It’s the small action-based changes that you make from week-to-week and month-to-month that add up to big results over TIME.

Our job, as your Coach, is to get you RESULTS!! We do this by helping you to develop realistic goals, to create habits that support those goals, and to provide you with the accountability needed to achieve those goals.
